Founded in 2006 by François Bourgon, ADOMEX became domiciliation agent as a FSP (Financial Services Provider) supervised by the CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) from 2010 to 2020.
In September 2020, Monique L'Huillier stepped in as co-shareholder and manager.
As a consequence, ADOMEX became member of the OEC (Ordre des Experts-Comptables) allowing continuity in providing domiciliation services to its existing and new clients.
Together Monique and François have more than 40 years experience in domiciliation and accounting services in Luxembourg.

François Bourgon
Partner - Head of LegalFrançois started his career in Luxembourg in 1998, having previously worked in France in the retail banking sector.
He has continously worked in the domiciliation field since his arrival in Luxembourg, first working at a well known Private Bank,
then within the corporate services department of Deloitte.
After a few years spent at Mourant Luxembourg as one of the CSSF approved managing director, he founded ADOMEX in 2006.
François holds a master degree in law from Strasbourg University.
He is member of ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs).
Monique L'Huillier
Managing Partner - Chartered AccountantMonique is chartered-accountant, registered at l’Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Luxembourg and at l’Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Paris.
She has more than 20 years’ experience working in accounting companies, including KPMG France.
She works for International clients, and specialized herself in Luxembourgish and French SPVs, including cross border transactions.
After having managed her own company composed of a portfolio of medium-sized and listed companies, she joined ADOMEX in 2020.
She has a bachelor in Economy from La Sorbonne and a master degree in Management from l’IAE de Strasbourg.
She has the DEC (diplôme d’expertise comptable) in France.
